Welcome to the NeonWave 5G digital ecosystem. This document outlines the legal architecture governing your use of our West Bay-based connectivity services and web platforms. By accessing our high-speed node via neonwave5g.qa, you agree to operate within these defined operational parameters.

01. Acceptance of Digital Protocol

Accessing NeonWave 5G services—whether through residential gateway hardware or public city-grid nodes—signifies a binding agreement to these Terms. If you represent a corporate entity in the West Bay Financial District or a logistics firm at Port Hamad, you affirm you have the legal capacity to bind that entity to these provisions. Any deviation from these protocols may result in immediate service suspension across our Doha-wide network.

02. Network Usage & Integrity

Our 5G network is optimized for legitimate, high-bandwidth applications including 4K streaming at Katara or remote BIM modeling for regional infrastructure projects. We strictly prohibit any activities that degrade the "Doha Latency Engine" experience for other users.

  • Resale Prohibited: You may not redistribute NeonWave 5G signal via unauthorized secondary ISPs or mesh networks without enterprise-grade licensing.
  • Security Integrity: Attempts to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our West Bay core network are classified as service violations.
  • Congestion Policy: During Shamal weather events or peak national events, we reserve the right to prioritize essential communications over non-critical high-bandwidth usage.

Gateway Hardware

The proprietary NeonWave 5G router provided under lease; it remains company property unless an buyout agreement is executed.

Peering Latency

The time taken for a data packet to travel from Doha to regional hubs (Riyadh/Dubai). We define 'Low Latency' as sub-40ms to GCC servers.

Throughput Ceiling

The maximum theoretical speed of your plan. This is a potential peak, not a guaranteed constant, subject to local density.

Service Node

Any physical 5G antenna or relay under our management within the Qatar geographic boundary.

Critical Queries

01 What constitutes a service breach?

Any unauthorized firmware modification of the gateway or use of our network for DDoS simulation results in immediate contractual termination.

02 Is bandwidth truly unlimited?

We offer high-cap plans, but we implement 'Fair Use' logic during peak hours in Lusail and West Bay to ensure network stability for all users.

03 How are disputes handled?

All legal disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and are primarily resolved via arbitration in Doha's civil courts.

04 What happens to my data in a shutdown?

In the event of account termination, usage data and logs are archived for 90 days as per local telecommunications regulations before permanent erasure.

05 Can I use my own router hardware?

Third-party hardware is permitted via Bridge Mode, but NeonWave 5G cannot guarantee performance or security standards on non-certified devices.

Limitations of Liability in Extreme Conditions.

Digital signals are subject to the physical constraints of reality. NeonWave 5G utilizes advanced beamforming and mmWave technology, but we must acknowledge environmental constraints. Signal attenuation caused by concrete-heavy architecture in Al Wakrah or thermal interference during the peak summer months may impact raw throughput.

NeonWave 5G shall not be held liable for economic losses resulting from network downtime, including but not limited to, failed high-frequency trades, missed streaming windows for content creators, or project delays for remote engineering teams. Our service is a medium, not a guarantee of professional success.

Force Majeure Protocol

Interruption of connectivity due to seismic events, subsea cable damage in the Gulf, or government-mandated network throttling during national security operations fall outside of NeonWave 5G's liability spectrum. In such events, our engineering team works in tandem with national infrastructure partners to restore the Doha artery with priority routing for emergency services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the encryption standards of your local Wi-Fi environment and gateway passwords.

Billing Auto-Pay

Failure to fulfill subscription dues results in automated packet-throttling followed by full node disconnection within 48 hours.

Privacy Sync

Usage of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy regarding local data sovereignty.

NeonWave reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued connection after updates implies full legal consent.
